Our Maitre is responsible to provide and excellent customer experience to La Guardia restaurant guests.
Main tasks:
-Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
-Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
-Train, oversee and manage the members of staff
- Manage billing & daily cash closure
-Communicate effectively of wine & food offer
-Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs
-Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
-Communicate and build strong relationships with suppliers
-Adhere to food, health and safety standards
